We invite you to visit and experience how sugar was made on the island, explore our tropical gardens, taste the local fruit and enjoy an authentic creole meal.
Inside the mill, the original structure is all intact, in perfect condition. See how water was chanelled through an aquaduct to turn huge gears, squeezing out the cane juice. See the boilers which concentrated the cane juice into molasses. See the original tools used by the labourers on the plantation. And be sure to visit our gift shop to pick up some genuine St.Lucian crafts. After a tour of the mill, we'll give you a tour of our lush gardens where you can see all varieties of beautiful tropical flowers and fruit trees found on the island.
